clean room comfy rooms helpful response bedroom window slight disappointment cohesion absence
the room was clean. i found comfy rooms and a very helpful response when i arrived early before a funeral. i could change, leave my bags and take keys for a late return.
the bedroom window wouldn't open. i understand the h & s implications of this. we were however provided with a fan. breakfast was slightly disappointing. continental is fine but there was no cohesion to the offering.

lovely staff complimentary cookies
the staff was lovely there. the complimentary cookies i got was a nice touch on arrival. the breakfast had great drip coffee and good components, though minimalistic.
my bedroom window would not open at all. i understand the health and safety implications. a slight opening would have been nice on a very warm night.

a good stay near the airport
accommodating staff convenient key really good food
The premises featured friendly and accommodating staff. the location proved good because of airport proximity. the restaurant food surprised me. It tasted really good. i had easy buffet breakfast access and a convenient key drop because of my early 4:15 am departure.
this setup hadn't been separated as requested. i also found dust on units and cups which was not great. there was no milk available for coffee in the room.

early continental breakfast benefited my early airport start a lot. the staff were cute. homemade cookies were a nice touch, left on my door. the room was clean and large, a satisfying room for a traveler.
